The circuit will be supervised, modifications will be provided and exercises will change monthly!

Functional exercises train your muscles to help you do everyday activities safely and efficiently. You’ll also improve cardiovascular health, muscle definition, flexibility and body composition.


Opening hours…

Mon: 8am-12pm, 4-7pm
Wed: 8-10am, 4-7pm
Fri: 8am-12pm
Sun: 9-11am

Tues/Thurs: 9-10am Mom & Me Only – newborn to age 5
10-11am Seniors Only – 65 and older

Memberships available for the circuit, programs, and coaching as well as month to month, drop in or a discounted class pass. Some insurances accepted.
