Group FITNESS PROGRAMS
Get guided instruction by an experienced instructor in a non competitive, non-judgmental community. Our classes include a warm-up, work phase and cool-down and are modifiable for all fitness levels.
Our newest program that allows members to drop in during circuit times for a functional workout that supports your cardio, strength and flexibility. A coach is available to guide you through the stations and make sure exercise form is correct.
If you feel you want more personalized attention and accountability, our health coaching is just what you need! Our health and wellness coaches will communicate with you daily and weekly as needed to help you meet your goals.
