Health and Fitness have been a big part of Kelly’s life.  With a master’s degree in Exercise Science and a B.S. in Kinesiology from Penn State University, she has gained the in depth knowledge and wide-ranging experience from working as personal trainer, health coach, fitness specialist, faculty member for the exercise science department at Bloomsburg and health & human development at Penn State Wilkes-Barre.

Kelly is an ACE certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach, 200 Registered Yoga Teacher, and a certified instructor of Spinning, Holy Yoga, Zen Barre and Pilates.

Kelly loves offering a wide variety of programs that help her fitness community feel confident and empowered one decision and one workout at a time. Her purpose is to help others find better health and happiness on their wellness journey!

Kelly enjoys traveling, cooking, playing volleyball and going to church but most of all spending time with her husband and 3 kids.

She’s competed in over a dozen sprint triathlons and half marathons
