I have been teaching group exercise for 30 plus years. I am originally from Philadelphia where I started training and teaching at 19 years old. I am fitness trainer and certified group instructor with AAAI-ISMA. I am certified in Primary/Master Aerobics, Cycling, Master Step, Yoga, Aqua and PiYo. I love to use various pieces of equipment such as big balls, little balls, weighted bars, arm bands, leg bands, steps and weights. I am known best for my love of music with over 16,000 songs and all genres in my lists it keeps for fun energetic, entertaining classes. I am primarily the 5:45am Instructor Monday through Friday.

Hiking, biking, Jeeping, listening to music, chilling by bon fires and hanging with family.

I love traveling and seeking out diners for the best breakfasts.
